Figure 3.6 shows the picture of the value (k=1,2,3,4) varying along with the electrode length, from which we can see that when the length of the electrode decreases, the solution is convergent. Therefore in the numerical simulation, for those electrodes with smaller length, we can shrink the electrode to a limiting point (i.e., the origin of the well axis) to reduce the cost of meshing.
